Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Vendor Club access, Vendor Points, Vendor Account Credit, referrals, booking routes and communications work.
Account access
Vendor Club is for businesses that have booked with Orbit Card Show. Secure access links are personal to the email address linked to the vendor account.
Vendor Points
Vendor Points are promotional booking benefits. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and may be earned, spent or reversed only under the published Vendor Club rules. Refunds or booking reversals may reverse related points.
Vendor Account Credit
Vendor Account Credit remains separate from Vendor Points. Credit is applied only where Orbit has an authoritative credit record. Any remaining balance due on a booking may be collected through Shopify.
Referrals
Referral rewards apply only to qualifying paid ticket activity attributed to your event referral link. Free ticket units do not earn points and refunds can reverse previously awarded referral points.
Bookings and cancellations
Normal paid bookings continue through the Orbit Card Show booking page. Points and Account Credit bookings follow the availability and payment rules shown before confirmation.
Mobile and communications
Mobile verification may carry a one time reward. Service messages can be used for important booking or show information. New show announcements remain optional.

This policy explains how Orbit Card Show uses information needed to operate Vendor Club.
Information we use
We use vendor booking identity, contact details, business profile information, booking history, points, Account Credit, referral activity, communication preferences and support messages where needed to provide Vendor Club.
Why we use it
Information is used to provide secure account access, show bookings, rewards, referrals, released event information, support and service communications.
Business profile and logo
Details and logos you add to your profile may be used for legitimate Orbit vendor features such as referral graphics, vendor listings and show promotion. Private operational records are kept separate from the business profile you manage in Vendor Club.
Communications
Important service messages are kept separate from optional new show announcements. You can change optional preferences in Vendor Club.
Retention and corrections
Orbit keeps accounting and booking records where needed for operational, legal and audit purposes. You can update your public business profile or contact Orbit to request corrections.
